Description:
Greenlight Technical Consulting currently has an opportunity with its client for a hands on QA Engineer who will also be the Tech Lead for the group which works on wireless analytics applications. Platforms that you will work on consist of mobile devices that are highly scalable, and a suite of applications that are used to measure, monitor, and resolve device and cellular service problems.
Requirements:
- BSCS, EE, Physics or equivalent
- Knowledge of 3GPP, GCF/PRTCD test execution and debugging
- Embedded Systems testing is a plus
- 7-10 years of experience
- 5 years of telecommunications network protocol experience
- System level end to end testing experience in cellular technology companies
- Strong knowledge and experience of telecom integration, test automation, and defect investigation
- Test Configurations for Black box and white box testing
- UMTS, GSM, EDGE, CDMA, WiFi, WiMAX experience is a must
- J2EE Applications desired
- UMTS/GSM network simulators
- Mobile device testing
