RF Systems Engineer-Long Island, NY
Description:
Design and develop circuits, amplifiers and subsystems by performing creative RF/Microwave engineering work for applications from 1 MHz to 8 GHz from 5 watts to 1000+ watts from initial concept to production.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate has experience with the development of circuits and subsystems used in high power
communication, pulsed or radar systems.
7+ years of RF or microwave circuit design experience
Familiar with detailed circuit level simulation, design, fabrication and evaluation a must.
Familiar with design of wideband high power amplifiers (greater than 5 watts) and RF switches preferred.
Familiar with GaN, LDMOS and GaAs transistors.
Experience with control systems, power supplies or signal processing a plus.
Working knowledge of simulation tools such as ADS
BSEE minimum, MSEE preferred
US citizen or permanent resident a must
